One accomplishment that the scale can't measure
Today I went to lunch with my family and was surprised when I not only fit comfortably in the booth but still had room between me and the table. Now for any overweight person you know how it feels when you can barely squeeze into the booth!! This small accomplishment makes me more determined than any number in the scale could :D

Extreme alert!!!
So, I’m having a hard time balancing eating through out the day and maintaining calories for my workout. Today I worked out in my pool for an hour and when I got out I had a huge headache and felt sick. I realized That before I got in all I had to eat was half a turkey sandwich and some grapes hours ahead!!! Does anyone else struggle with this? I feel like I’m never eating enough...

Just a little emotional rant!!!
I am beyond proud of myself!!! I never thought I could last one day let alone one week. The little changes I’ve seen so far only make me want to push harder. And I’ve got some more confidence because I’ve decided not to sell myself short!!!
