I have not been loosing weight and today I became very discouraged. I was obsessive with making sure I stayed under 1200 calories. I was always hungry and no energy for working our. So today I did some heavy research and discovered that I was doings used more harm. I already have a very slow metabolism and by eating only 1200 cals I lowered it even more.
So I joined spark people and I’m now on their plan of 1800 cals per day and at least 400 cardio per day
Hopefully I’ll start seeing done weight loss again
